I am a ten year old girl who enjoys sports and more quiet things such as playing board games.I live in Hamilton and although I like writing I do not particularly enjoy typing which is why my entries are rather short. I have four sisters and one brother. My first nephew was born October 17th. I am very happy.
We are having a debate in compostion of which is a better pet cats or dogs. I have to fight on the dogs team and we need arguments. Please send them in they can be against dogs or for dogs. Thanks.

I personally think cats make better pets, unless you really know how to train a dog (and unless your cat is Frieda). But, since you need arguments.... dogs make better pets because they are loyal and can sense danger. Which means if you are attacked by a bull, they will try to distract the bull and give you a chance to get away. This happened to Scott, about 10 years ago.

I think dogs are better pets, too. They always seems more friendly, especially if they are treated well.
A dog won't hack up hairballs on the living room carpet and make your sister clean up after it.
Btw, Mr. Boer is STILL making his students have the cat/dog debate? I remember that chapter of my life (un)fondly.

Wild dogs are better than feral cats because wild dogs clean up dead animal carcasses from the streets while feral cats just hiss and bite bag ladies who try to adopt them.
